Pleasant stay to visit the theme parks.

Shuttle bus to attractions. Clean

Had to ask three times to have the bed made up. The hotel couldnt find an item we left by mistake in the room.

Exceptional

The front desk manager was friendly and professional. When we had trouble finding a place to return our rental car, he was patient and helped us solve the problem, even at midnight.

The outlet in the room didn't fit, so we had to have adapters to charge our phones.

Sea views not for under 21s

Good quality build and furnishings, polite staff and good service.

Under 21s couldnt go in sea-view pool and beach area and life guards would act like police to energetically enforce - such as when our mature 17 year old son simply stepped into the pool. This age restriction wasnt stated anywhere when booking on both Hilton web site and booking.com. They also wouldnt let him in another empty pool on the front saying it had a bar even though the bar was closed. Hotel photos show sea view pool complex implying it belonged to the hotel, where its actually a separate company. So it wasnt possible to take this up with the hotel.

Great value, centrally located

This property is a hidden gem, centrally located and great amenities. There is a shuttle bus to and from all theme parks, free access to the marina and beach club. Overall a great hotel with terrific facilities. The staff at this property were phenomenal a special mention of the following individuals made our stay comfortable, luxurious and were exceptionally accommodating to our requests. Jitendra, Ratheesh, chef Imama and Mustafa are real assets at this establishment. They resolved our issues and made our stay at the Hilton unforgettable. Thank you

we did like our stay with hilton , it could have been better with good cutomer service and bit of :-

well organised staitions and patisserie were of good quality. really beatiful spread and bakery options were really good and had more optiosn. we also enjoyed verity of good juices.

less options for vegitairian cusine . Also hot beakfast options were very less. we mostly tried the omlate and fruits. Also gorund staf was not of helpful and didnt felt welcoming to the resurant at all. the guest treatments were diffenten dipending on the color , especially from the staff who normally attend the guest and navigate to table. we also had dinner there and both time it was the same reaction.
