Pleasant

Room was clean, consierge staff who helped us with our luggages were friendly. View was good.

Some reception staff were rude. The check in building and our room was different and we need to walk up there about 6 minutes. No elevator at ground floor so we need to take the stairs with some of our bellongings. Really tiring. Almost no facilities in hotel, but maybe its normal in hallstatt. Thank you.

Beautiful stay and king people

Our room was very clean and nice We had an incredible view and the girl at the reception named Karla was super helpful and very kind. She managed for us to be transferred from the parking to the properties as we had our doggie with us and the shuttle bus would allowed to take her in. I give her 5/5 stars!!!

A place like home.

Hotel rooms were nicely layout and clean,staff was warm and friendly.Also sumptuous breadfast.

Hotel building at other location has got no lift,causing great difficulty for carrying baggages up to the room at top floor.

It is located nicely and very clean

The service staff, the luggage carrier is very rude. It was the 23rd of dec, we have politely asked to hotel to take our luggage at 4pm, and the hotel say yes with shuttle as we travelling with kids. Eventually there is no shuttle and the guy shouting at us saying we dont have manner to take the luggage at 4pm. Well that is not our problem, we are guest , a tourist and we have called to the hotel. It is really dissapointing, and he asked for 50 euro for the taxi. What a scam
