The owner is amazing! He is always for you with anything you need! He even bought me some things I requested, which is wow! I forgot something after I left and he chose to come and bring it to me at my new location! There are some people for whom you want to come back to some places, Helly is such a guy!

Beautiful cottage just far enough away from the noise

Absolutely beautiful cottage, exactly as pictured. Just down the track from the main strip so can walk to bars and restaurants. No pool but dont need one as beach is white sands and loads of cool beach clubs to chill at. Owner even picked me up and arranged boat and transfer for me last minute. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Hellys was great value for money for the quality of the room and he property. We would stay here again!

We only had one night at Hellys but our stay was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and the property and gardens were beautifully managed. The rooms were very clean and beautifully styled as well as comfortable.

Helly by far is the most kind and hospitable host. Almost perfect. Good value.

Almost nothing. Beside a location thats a little bit tucked away from the main road, everything is perfect. I wouldnt recommend if you have young kids with you. You need to walk about 5 - 10 minutes to reach the busier parts where cafes, shops and restaurants are. Beside that, the place itself is perfect.

Best Hotel of my life

If you are reading this, you are at the right place. This is a very good hotel, very close to the city center, but as the name says, a secret garden where you can enjoy nature. The rooms are as you can see in the photos, they do have a small fridge, which somehow is not normal everywhere in this area. But the most important characteristic from this hotel is without any doubt Helly. He is extremely nice and chilled. He helped us several times, I even had a problem with one of my eyes, and I wanted to be sure and go to the hospital, he drove me there himself! It is like being hosted by a friend. You can always find a more luxurious hotel, but the human factor of Helly's has no comparison. You will share these feelings if you are lucky to get a room at his hotel. It is not normal to find people like him and I do wish him all the best in his future.

The only minor detail is that it has no swimming pool but let's be realistic, I did not come to Nusa Lembongang to go to a hotel swimming pool.

Great comfortable accommodation on Nusa Lembongan

Truly great accommodation on Nusa Lembongan. In a quiet location, but close to good restaurants and shops. The people who run the place are fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, they make you feel so welcome. Nice open modern villa style bungalows, super clean, comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Good aircon. Nice terrace for sitting outside. Great communication through WhatsApp. They organized the pickup from Ubud and boat transfer for us as well. We also rented scooters through them. On our departure day I left my sunglasses and they brought them to the transfer car. A perfect stay on Nusa Penida. Thank you so much !

Nice quiet stay

We spent five nights at Hellys. It was perfect for us. Hellyis a great guy. The guesthouse is located a short way back off the main road, so you cant hear the occasional noise - its nice and quiet the whole time. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed. Aircon works well. The terrace is perfect for sitting outside. Wi-Fi mostly good. We rented a motorbike for 70k/day from Helly. Although the islands are pretty small, you need one for getting around and exploring.

Good place, clean, passionate and supportive owner.

The appartments are very clean and get cleaned every day. The location is a bit off the mainroad but by foot you reach the island center in about 5-10 minutes and as a pro it is very quiet. The best thing about the appartment was the owner. He is very passionate and super friendly. He also will rent you a good scooter for the cheapest price on the island. He is very supportive and will help you organize all kind of stuff. Definitely can recommend the place.

Amazing place, Helly made it even better!! :)

The rooms were great and so was the location . Helly was the best part of the stay. I had a sore ear and helly brought us to the doctor and waited outside to take us back to the stay
