Pleasant

Room was very clean.The hotel itself was well maintained and clean. Plenty of free parking.

We stayed in the room right next to the elevator, at night there was a rumbling noise. It seemed like a motor of some kind, maybe the elevator. It made it difficult to sleep soundly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

TV and phones did not work. Shower was coming apart. No toilet paper in room. Noisy location next to freeway. Confusing bill.?

Pretty good view really close to all shopping centers. Really good restaurants to go out and eat.

Amenities were different than advertised; No pool.

It was clean and conveniently located.

It was not advertised appropriately. We booked this property for the pool and it did not have a pool. They blamed it on the booking website for not updating information. The pool was advertised on more than one site.

I'd stay here again

Hot breakfast was excellent and varied from day to day. It was encouraging to see staff monitoring it constantly. Seating was plentiful and not crowded. Fitness room was excellent and clean.

I had two back to back reservations, with a full clean (but not checkout) agreed to occur between reservations. The full clean did not occur.
