Breakfast is the best feature

The entire hotel is going through a much needed renovation. The rug in the room was stained and the room smelled. I had to buy air freshener. Free parking was a plus the breakfast was awesome. After the renovation I am sure the hotel will also be awesome. The location is near a very large mall and other stores which was very convenient. The workers were loud with their banging which was very annoying. The front desk manager said the renovations will be complete by April 2024.

The rooms and smell in the rooms. The loud noise from the renovations. I need a discount!

I would like a refund. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean

The bed was loud every time we moved. Banging for 2day as if it was construction being done over top of my head. Commendations wasn't meet for a walk in shower dew to my disability.

The location was good for us.

Couldnt regulate the temperature. It was noisy near us the next morning. There was knocking on walls or something which woke us up.

Location is perfect and breakfast included!

They were renovating and started at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday. It ruined my sleep and was relentless pounding. For the price I paid it should not have been that way. The bed was not comfortable.

Had a great time and the staff were so helpful and nice.

Breakfast was really good, staff were super nice and helpful.

Refrigerator door wouldnt completely shut and the trash can wasnt emptied when we got to the room.

The location cancelled my reservation 4 hours before check in.

The location cancelled my reservation 4 hours before check in and told me because I used Booking.com to book, I was among the first to be dropped due to an over book.
