Disappointing

Paid WAY too much for this teeny cramped room

I liked the Cinnamon Roll! The pancake machine was cool. Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating. There was a hike across the street from the hotel me and my dog took in the morning that was very beautiful. The location is next to a lot of decent restaurants.

Breakfast was very not good at all. I got a chocolate milk and there were chunks in it. The egg was so bad I spit it out. The price of this hotel did not live up to its expectations. The room felt small and cramped, and there was barely enough room for us and our 20 lb dog.

Superb

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good shower. Good location. Breakfast was adequate. We felt very welcomed and no road noise so a quiet night's sleep. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was adequate but not excellent. I let staff know it would have been nice to have a clock in the room. They were very receptive to this.

Location to shopping, restaurants, and music venue. The person at the front desk during check out was very nice.

No hairdryer in room, sheets and comforter had stains, hairs on bathroom floor and towels. Entire 3rd floor smelled of mildew. Some type of black crud came out of the ice machine with ice. Upon check in staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. Walls were thin,could hear person next door snoring.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful! Great Location-was in a very quiet area. There are Stores and Restaurants close by. A little bit of everything in one area.

Reserved on Priceline for 3 day stay. Get there to be told hotel policy they dont book locals on weekend & Priceline always messing up. Well, dont have a contract w Priceline then . I had a meltdown as I was sleeping in my car, sleep deprived & not feeling well. No attempt to make it right or apologize. Instead what I got was a trip to emergency room directed by cops who shouldnt have needed to be there in the first place! Such uncaring people working in hospitality industries these days. But karma is funny like that. Theyll get a chance to see what this level of powerlessness & humiliation feels like, some day. Oh & the being transferred to booking .com from Priceline-the booking dot com customer service John (Im not stupid I know your name isnt John & you didnt have to hang up & call back inn 1 minute. . Priceline & booking need to fix these issues. People arent always going on vacation, but just might be having some of the worst days in their life & just need a little compassion to help them get through to the other side of it. Fix the issue with your apps (Priceline) allowing for reservations that the hotel doesnt honor!

The hotel is under major construction. The first night where I paid over $200, I was put on a construction floor. The door to the room was blocked open, presumably by the construction people. The toilet seat was up so I can presume that they use that as well. The construction noise was horrible. Then the construction workers were blasting a stereo so loud it sounded like there was a concert in the parking lot. I went to call the front desk to ask them about it, and the phone cord pulled out of the phone because it was broken. So I had to go down to the front desk in person. All of the staff was very nice. The night staff person agreed to change my room to the floor that was not under construction. So the second two nights were much better.

College visit

Great location. They are doing renovations, no big deal, but I felt because of that they could have charged less. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly.

Because of the renovations, I felt price was too high.
