The stay was OK bed was uncomfortable. Outside the property was nothing but homeless people some high on drugs, panhandl

The hotel was pretty clean staff that was on the floors where efficient into our needs

Location was not where it said it was on your website. Hotel was non-smoking. The marijuana smell was overwhelming the entire weekend of our day. Spoke to staff about it they seemed not to be bothered by it at all but no smoking means no smoking of anything. Also at this location youre required to pay $25 a night to park which is crazy that you pay $700 for hotel and then you have to pay another hundred to park your car. I will never stay there again. It was not in a good area. There was homeless people everywhere they were begging for money. Some were so high they were falling. They wanted around the property and the parking garage made me feel very unsafe.

The breakfast was really good and had good options! The room was clean an organized.

The location, there's a lot os homeless people, don't walk alone during the night. If you're alone, take an uber/taxi to get there. If you're with someone it's ok to walk but pay attention, it isn't safe.

It was enjoyable.

Security was present and facility has a lot of safety features throughout hotel.

Unfortunately there is not so great people across the street but the security around the building and parking lot make it safe to be at the hotel.

Nice hotel, good facilities, not a great location, didnt feel that safe in the area.

Room nice and clean and big. Cosy beds.

Location was quite far from subways. The area between the hotel and Andrew Station felt unsafe.

Very good hotel stay in Boston

Everything in this hotel was very nice. My husband and I will be booking at this hotel very soon, because I have a lot of family and friends that want us to visit again.
