Adequate.

The property was average but u believe this is a reflection of the price. Overall it was adequate for a couple if nights stay.

There was ni toilet roll provided which was unexpected.

Property need maintenance. Washroom leaking and required some maintenance. Just giving room to another guest without any housekeeping.

Apartment was normal just ok , parking easy to find ,

Room wasnt ready when we check in , we took time to reach the apartment after we call and send us details, no receptions depends on call , when you ask something it takes more then an hour to get what u want.

It was a great stay and we would like to give it 5 stars.

We were greeted by the management and everyone was so courteous and helpful that words may not be sufficient to describe. So much so that at one instance I got sick and one of the team member drove me to the doctor and back. It was exceptional and very touching.

The price was high. We were initially booked for a property in Royal Breeze 4 facing sea but little than 24 hours prior to our departure we received the sad news that the property is no more available. Then Booking.com advised to make new reservation such that they will return the difference. We hope we will get that as the previous property was for 1650 and the new one was for 2400+. Hope Booking.com will hold for their promise.

Good bed and pillows

There were not towel paper, dishwashing liquid, no gas ( the gas stove is useless), no correct wifi password during checking. The owner ignored all our requests. The sofa is treated with allergen agent. We saw a roach in the appartment :(

Cosy hideaway in RAK!

Super cosy, clean and easy access. Ideal for a little stopover. Host was lovely.

Everything was great, maybe a hairdryer would be handy, I brought my own but foe over overseas guests would be handy.

Warm welcome, clean and tidy. A wonderful sea view with great balcony to relax out on..

The property is clean, tidy and very comfortable. They are well organised and attentive. For a studio apartment, its well equipped and great value for money.

Nothing wrong with the property, unless youre going to cook full meals, then some of the normal cooking utensils might be missing. However this is a holiday destination with plenty of restaurant options.
