Passable

One night.

The bed was comfortable. There were enough electric sockets to plug up your things.

The toilet facilities and supplies were poor. I had to call for backup to get the taps running to take a bath. WC had no toilet seat. Cheap antiseptic soap supplied for a bath. Access to the hotel was inadequate because the gate on the street was locked up and you needed to go through a second gate to navigate all around to the other end., So it is not friendly for pedestrian access when once you have reached there.

Disappointing

Booking.com quoted sum misled me

The sense of security of the environment and nearness to the airport

Booking.com gave me a genius discounted cost of stay, which I mentally had set aside that sum only to get to the hotel and was told that it doesn't apply and that I have to pay the full cost of the room. I argued, the hotel insisted, and I wondered why booking.com should mislead or lie to me. I wouldn't have settled for H53 had I known I had to pay that much. I found this discrediting and a huge blow on Booking.com's integrity and plan to exit its membership

Passable. There are cheaper and better alternatives close by.

The site included complementary breakfast for two but I had to pay for the second breakfast.

Water pressure in the bathroom, only one bedside sucket and bedside table, distance from the street entrance to the hotel

There was this alarm that went off in the morning from like 3am till like 7 in the morning. What was most disappointing was that there was no attempt by the hotel to even address the situation or communicate to guests on what is going on, not to talk of apologize for it
