Very good

Room was clean, great view to the pool, breakfast and dinner was really good but you have to pay for drinks .

The fact that you have to pay for water at dinner. Is not expensive but i think you should give at least water

Very good hotel. Highly recommended. Great customer service.

Very good place to stay. Great customer service at the restaurant. Great customer care overall, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Good breakfast and dinner with attention to the details. Good quality food and customer focused staff. Highly recommended.

NICE, CLEAN AND WELL SITUATED HOTEL

Very nice, clean hotel situated near attraction parcs and near the beach and city center. Rooms are spacious, hotel has indoor and outdoor pool as well as sauna. and steam bath. Food is great (buffet). Staff is very nice and gives a helping hand.

Sheets could be refreshed more often to avoid bugs. We were there for 4 nights and they were not changed once. Towels were changed daily.

Great stay

My husband & I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a lovely hot, sunny trip. The hotel was a wow downstairs. Food was lovely so much variety. The room was good, spacious bedroom, bathroom, & balcony. We were in a room that was close to the stage but couldn't see much. We had a lovely pool view. Facilities were great, I loved they had an activity board for adults & children. You could tell that the staff really cared. We would love to come back. & the location to the theme parks was amazing. Not far to the town either.

Pool tables were a little worn out but still worked. Our glasses in a room didn't get changed, but we made it work.

- location naar Aventura World Parks - Pool deck - friendly prices of drinks at the pool

- sound proofing non existent, cleaners on the hallway makes a lot of noise in the morning - just 4 slow Coffee machines during Breakfast with long waiting - massive crowded Breakfast area - slow and Hot elevators that wereld bussy

Super clean, great staff, good food, close to the boardwalk/beach. We would like to give a special mention to the staff (from cleaning, entertaining, reception, restaurant) as they were all exceptional.

The entertainment. The shows were great, but the sound was too loud. Our initial room was on the left side of the hotel, right above the stage. Mini disco was from 21:00-22:00, followed by a show from 22:00-24:00. And the music was too loud, up on the third floor you felt just like next to the stage. We requested the room to be changed as it was impossible for our 2 year old daughter to sleep and the staff was great and changed it the next day. The food was good, but the options are very much thought for British guests, especially for breakfast. There are other options, of course, but mostly fried sausages, eggs and such

Amazing

Everything! We both loved our stay! Our room was perfect and the beds were extremely comfortable. I have to say the animation team made our stay! They were great and kept us entertained for the entire week! Will definitely be back.
