Beautiful place to stay , but the entertainment wasnt great

The size of the pool area , the water park for the kids , the space in the 2 bed apartment and the balcony, the food was very good.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the entertainment wasnt great

Pool facilities adeqate for keeping children entertained but would not return to H10 hotel

Pool facility was adequate for children and pool staff were very pleasant and hard working

Breakfast catered for very large amounts of people and it felt more like eating in a canteen then a hotel experience. Food was ok considering the volume provided each day. Beds were not overly comfortable, and for the cost of the rooms were very basic. Cleaning staff seemed to be under a lot of pressure and it appeared you needed to ask if you required anything more than your bed made for a weeks stay.

Overall a very impressive Hotel which ticks virtually every box.

Hotel was much better than your average 4* Spanish Hotel and we have been to many! Desk staff very efficient and polite. In fact All the staff were very good. We had a room with a seperate lounge and a large balcony overlooking the sea. There were a large number of families with young children but this did not really impact on our hotel experience. We had a hire car and found parking fairly easy in the roads around the Hotel but there was also a very regular local bus service into Salou throughout the day. The bus stop literally yards from the Hotel. On arrival the voucher for welcome cocktails along with a small box of chocolates was also a nice touch. The pools were well used throughout the day but there were plentiful loungers for people to use to avoid any congestion.

The food at breakfast and dinner was presented very well and mostly good quality however became a little samey by day 6, Other than that we would be happy to return at another time,

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very tasty food, there is entertainment for children

Very dirty pool. The water in it is not filtered and dirt floats in the water even in the morning, most likely from the stones that are located around the perimeter of the pool (parts of mold). The pool opens very late - at 10 am. If you decide to wake up earlier and swim in the pool while there is no strong sun, you will not succeed. Due to these two factors, I will never return to this hotel.
