Very friendly reception team. Very large rooms. Free bottled drinking water.

Luxourious hotel for a decent price.

Room was super big & luxurious. Bed was a very comfortable king. TV was nice and big - much bigger than in most hotels. Roof top pool was refreshing. Travel staff in lobby made it very easy to book excursions.

A very minor point . . . there is a roof-top pool, but I wish the walls were glass so we could have had better views.

Value for money and happy customers

Convenient and friendly staffs. Value for money. Alot of eating place nearby with supermarket open late nearby too.

All is good just that 1 day of our stay there was a hot water malfunction. The whole toilet having boiling water that affected us. But other than that all was good and been rectify well.

Wonderful stay at a great hotel - very clean, beautiful room and accommodating staff!

The room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and polite. We enjoyed using the pool and the location is great.

Everything was very nice. There was a party nearby and we could hear the music from our room, but it stopped around 10 PM and the rest of the night was very peaceful.

Hotel clean and nice

Room was big and clean, friendly staff.

Pool was too shallow for my liking, gym was small. It felt like water bottles that are complimentary as expected were limited. Take your own water from the room (if you have any) to the pool as they wont cater for that; unless you order paid pool service for water as well.

Very poor

All the staff of this hotel are very rude & arrogant. Worst ever behaviour with all the clients While I was checking out I saw the duty manager was having heated arguments with other customer where they had some issue with the kettle in there room. Manager was so rude to the customer. Even I felt humiliated listening to there arguments. Will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. They gave me king bed Though it was not a king bed They had joint to single beds This is also how they fool customers.

Superb

The staff were very friendly. Particularly the reception manager when I checked in and the head chef in the Indian restaurant. Food was great. Room was very nice and well kept.

No towels in fitness center. No alternative milk at breakfast.
