Poor

Room size was good, comfortable bed and clean rooms. If you are looking for somewhere to literally sleep and leave because you are coming in late and catching an early flight then it is fine for you.

Staff were not the most helpful. Gym was tiny and badly equipped. Water in the pool was dirty. Breakfast was by far one of the worse I have ever had. Location was terrible, did go out to try and find somewhere to eat in the evening when we arrived, but really didnt feel safe, which isnt the case in other parts of BA.

Good place for a layover

The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great to get around. Also a quiet neighborhood during the night which is nice.

It didn't provide any amenities nor any drinking water. You have to bring everything of your own.

Modern Hotel with Room for Improvement

I recently stayed at this hotel in Buenos Aires, and I must say there were some positive aspects to my experience. The hotel's modern design and spacious bedrooms caught my eye right away. The initial check-in process was smooth, and the staff at that point were quite pleasant. The aesthetics of the hotel gave it a contemporary and appealing vibe, and the room size was impressive

However, my overall experience was marred by several issues that left me less than satisfied. The problems began soon after booking, when I received an email demanding immediate payment, which felt abrupt and unwelcoming. Throughout my stay, the numerous emails and messages with strict rules, such as no smoking and no outside food or alcohol, created an oppressive atmosphere. When I tried to address basic comfort concerns, like the lack of heating during a cold spell, the hotel's response was inflexible, leaving me frustrated. Attempting to view function rooms for potential events was met with an unwelcoming response from security, indicating a lack of guest-centric service. On my last morning, I was denied a late checkout and initially refused permission to book another room solely for storing my bags. It wasn't until later that they offered a different room for this purpose. In summary, while the property had some positive aspects, such as its modern aesthetics and spacious rooms, it fell short in terms of communication, flexibility, and guest service.

Ok for fifty+ bucks a night but wouldnt stay there again

Breakfast was ok no eggs but pretty diverse. The shower was great big good pressure

Good place to start an Argentina visit!

Magnificent view over Buenos Aires from the higher floors, spacious room and comfy bed. Breakfast has lots of sweet options but limited other. Price/quality reasonable.

Bathroom clearly needs maintenance. Toilet and sink clean and new, but shower was completely run down.

The hotel staff is disaster, try to avoid this hotel especially if you are foreigner.

The hotel facilities are good.

I have never experienced so bad customer service. Either the receptionists are not exactly smart, or they are just not customer oriented. I came to the hotel for late check-in around 4:30am totally tired looking forward to sleep and the girls in the reception (Violeta and Anna) did not let me check-in despite I paid my accommodation in advance. They requested credit card as a guarantee that I had not have with me (only debit card and cash). I was trying to convince them to let me go to my room that I could give them the number and security code of my credit card in the morning when I will be able to obtain it from home. I even offered them a sufficient amount of cash as a guarantee till morning. They insisted that they cannot let me in, and I had to wait 2 hours at the reception (till 6:30am instead of sleeping) until finally I obtained the number of my credit card and security code from home. This was so ridiculous as my card could not be charged without my authorization anyway, so there is zero guarantee, and it would be much smarter to take cash from me. Apart from that, the hotel does not respond any emails. When I did booking via booking.com I asked to split the invoice in two as I combined business trip with holiday. However, I have not obtained what I asked. Instead after booking, they sent me a long email in Spanish despite all my correspondence was in English where somewhere in the middle was mentioned that I need to have credit card and not debit card as a guarantee (the hotel was paid by my debit card) that I overlooked. This email they used as an argument that I did not fulfil the condition when check-in. I tried to get the invoice when leaving the hotel but without success - they were working on it for 3 hours with my 4 urgencies but had not managed despite their promise. I keep writing them for the invoice, but they ignore all emails even in Spanish language. I am not sure whether they are illiterate or just ignorant.

Alright if youre staying for one night but there are far nicer affordable places to stay in BA

We ordered a superior suite and it didnt quite fit that description as there was no separate living room, it was part of the one room. The shower itself was good. Despite that the room itself was pleasant and some of the staff were very friendly.

As mentioned above the suite wasnt as described or expected. There were also a good few features broken, including most of the wall sockets so had to charge my phone away from the bed. Also the shower door was broken off. There were a lot of quick fixes like this that could have elevated the place majorly, but as is it felt a bit run down. Similarly, while most of the staff were pleasant there were a few that were not bothered to serve us. Finally the breakfast was bad. They have an additional charge for simple items like scrambled eggs on their own and all thats available is sweet pastries. No protein is really available in the provided breakfast

I dont recommend the hotel.

The room size is fine. The lobby area and the swimming pool looks good. Thats all.

The location isnt good (far from everything, and at night looks a bit dangerous). The staff were terrible, very unfriendly and rude sometimes. Several maintenance problems in our room (see pictures). The fridge was dirty with an old/opened yogurt from previous guests (means it was not cleaned/checked before they gave us the keys). Flooded bathroom after every shower (bad draining/a hole in the shower area), awkward stains in the lamps (!!!) and carpet, broken faucet (not fixed while we were there). I do not recommend the hotel.
