Exceptional

I want to come back and stay there again.

Location was great. It frequently rained in December so we just dashed less than 100 steps from Pavilion to the hotel and vice versa. Staff at the front, outside, restaurant, room service - all hospitable and cordial. My spa therapist was fabulous - I wish I could slot in that 2-hr massage but the 1-hr session was therapeutic enough. The gym opens early, and my kids enjoyed swimming at the pool.

The fruits and salad bar at the restaurant could be fresher.

Good location hotel and pleasant stay with the family in last week of the year 2023.

+ The location was excellent. It is near pavilion mall and all attractions. +Duty manager Mr .Fateh was so helpful and made our stay even better .Thanks Mr.Fateh .

- The housekeeping should have been better in my point of view . - The swimming pool has no life guard .This is not acceptable in my point of view . - Room service and reception are not to our expectations in my point of view .Mr Fateh is doing good job in fixing that .
