The Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan offers great service with friendly staff, and is very bike-friendly with hybrid and tandem bikes available for use. The hotel successfully executed a special birthday cel (Read More)ebration. The rooms are clean with a balcony, and the rooftop bar has great food. The hotel is near Plaza Lagoi, though it is only lively on weekends. The hotel has a recreation room, spa, rooftop swimming pool, kids' indoor playground, musollah, and entertainment room. The breakfast buffet has a good variety. The hotel is located near the beach and a shopping plaza. The customer service is excellent and the staff are polite and helpful. The downside is that the location is remote and taxi booking is required for other tourist areas. Overall, it is a great place for a quiet getaway.

Disappointing

Suggest not to visit this area until improvements, but east side of Bintan

Staff and some facilities were good

Most amenities round hotel are closed, only one restaurant, beach is very dirty (bay is great, but too excessive human rubbish) no shuttle to visit other areas, but expensive taxis. Worst was you cant walk long the beach as nearby beaches are private and not access is permitted. It was like prison

Overall ok for short stay. Too far away from town and nothing much to do. Also the game room is not well kept

The lake is nice for cycling

Not many amenities. Only 2-3 restaurants or eating place, small supermarket.

Very good

Come try the super comfy bed

The bed was super soft and comfortable. Bed was big and thickkkkkkkkkkkk pillow. 2 Thickness to choose from for us. Some may not be use to the over size head pillow we have Room was big and everything was very clean Balcony was of a small size but view is as good till the front. Can't see lagoi bay but all is well Hotel gesture for birthday too! Appreciated Level 7 infinity pool has no complains. Just a regular hotel pool no complains as well ! Hotel was very close to ferry terminal, around 10mins free pick up from terminal to hotel all way round

Amenities like the entertainment room can have a refurbishment maybe.. Broken glass by the pool table not fixed Cue rack dangling 1 side Playstation 4 PS4 only had 1 game to play Nintendo switch. Can't be switched on hahaha Technically only pool table is available for everyone staying at the hotel. But overall entertainment was a 5/10 Least it had a pool table yay

Very good

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. We are family with 2 teenagers, so I booked 2 rooms, hotel staff was kind enough to lock the connecting rooms for me upfront. Have a good stays.

The breakfast was limited choices of foods.

breakfast have many choice ,various food ,average is great just few not so taste but it's ok ,location is great which near Lagio beach ,great swimming pool at 7F ,nice staff ,we had a nice voaction there. thanks a lot
