the service was bad. the room was a junior suite but it was in a very low floor and you could hear a lot of noise. it was not a 5 star hotel.

Not a 5 star L hotel in any means

The outdoos terrace is nice with a very nice view.

The hotel has no life. The lobby was depressing, it felt that it was closed but then going to the pool and the terrace the hotel had many guests staying. The personel in the breakfast and lunch were not kind or quick to respond. Basically this was not a 5 star Lux hotel as they market themselves. They were exteemly cheap in providing breakfast food. 2 days I couldnt have certain fruits because they just had a few to give. Small details but you go to a 5*L for those details otherwise you go to a cheaper hotel. I wouldnt recommended.

We want to go back ! This is a kind of timeless property and location which will be a success for years as long as it co

Location and view superb. A real touch of old Italian and Sicilian luxury throughout. Rooms were amazing and the free hotel shuttle up and down to Taormina was a great surprise. The spa treatments are also excellent

We thought that breakfast might have been a notch up - its under the level of the rest of the hotel services.
