We left with tears in our eyes and plan to return for our anniversary. Review 2: The customer service at the Villa Sant'Andrea was exceptional. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The beach was typical for the Mediterranean, but the hotel's location next to apartments was a downside. The room was clean and the balcony had a scenic view. The hotel could use some updates, but it was a great location for both the sea and the town of Taormina. Review 3: The experience at Villa Sant'Andrea for our wedding was amazing. The event planning and F&B staff went above and beyond. Our guests loved the food, music, and service. The rooms and scenery were beautiful, and the service was unmatched. Breakfast on our terrace was delicious. We can't wait to celebrate future anniversaries here. Review 4: The renovated rooms at Villa Sant'Andrea were amazing. The staff, especially the lady with black hair at reception, were always helpful. The hotel functions as a team and goes out of their way to ensure guest comfort. Special mention to Giulia Casella, the guest relations manager, for her dedication. We had an amazing experience and hope to return in the future.

This is a genteel hotel which is comfortable and enjoys a rare waterfront position, but it is very expensive and the end

The hotel has lovely views over the water and has particularly beautiful gardens, which are very peaceful. It is easy to get into Taormina old town either on the free shuttle bus or by the cable car which is directly opposite the entrance to the hotel. The hotel is a traditional old villa with extra rooms built in a separate block immediately next to the main house.

The first room we were offered was little more than a cupboard just off the reception area. In fairness when they saw how disappointed we were the staff immediately moved us to a very nice room with sea view and balcony. The restaurant was only averagely good but very pricey and the wine list was seriously overpriced. Also beware: there are stairs everywhere so it is not a suitable place for anyone with mobility issues.

Heaven. We just left the place and are missing it soo much.

Service was beyond expectation. The room has facilities I did not know existed. The room, beachfront, pool, gym, breakfast, dinner was beyond perfection. This place is heaven. Also try out the complimentary boat ride.

Very pretty location next to the sea. Food was good both in the restaurant and the more casual bar. Staff were excellent- very helpful and proactive.

My second time staying here. The property is gorgeous. Staff is superb. The food is also so amazing I decided to stay at the hotel this year for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I cant recommend this hotel enough. Im already planning to return next year.

Wonderful hotel in a truly stunning setting

Absolutely stunning setting. Well maintained property with beautiful grounds. Little touches to welcome us and bid us goodbye. The beach and pool are both lovely. Service was consistently excellent. A little boat trip was included and was a lovely thing to do. We booked an Ape tour through the hotel and it was great fun. As a woman with long hair I also appreciated the top class hair dryer in the hotel room!

Pretty expensive hotel, but you do know what youre getting yourself in for and the service is truly exceptional.
