Nice place.

Really happy with my room and the hotel. Good location in central Vellore. There are some good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The only problem was issues with the payment. They say they accept credit cards then they said no to international cards, then they said yes and tried to charge me a 10% card fee. Finally I managed to withdraw cash from the Bank of Baroda ATM, but thats about 5 minutes up the road.

Lack of communication between staffs (hand over and take over - poor communication while looking into the request of the guests).

GG is a place for people who are looking for neat and tidy places to stay.

Rooms were very neat and tidy.

Room size is very small. I have booked for 03 adults 01 tripple room and there is no extra bed provided. Third person slept on the floor. Very bad facilities. Not recommended for next visit

The room was really nice and also the washroom . The staff during check-in and check-out were really nice and super friendly. Even the watchman and the caretaker were amazing .
