We only stayed in hotel for 1 night. Its a brand new hotel, opened for only 1 year.

close to the airport

we (a group of 3 friends) arrived at 22:30 and found out that our room (with 3 separate single beds) was given to someone else and that they can offer us a double bed only. we told them that we will not check in to this room. then they moved another guests from a room we needed to another room (just imagine!), arrange a cleaning and checked in us at 01:00. after that, they forced us to wait 1 hour to bring our bags to the room.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gladiolus hotel in Jeddah for seven nights, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel room not only offered a high level of comfort but we were also impressed with its cleanliness and amazing staff. The level of hospitality and service was amazing. They were not only professional but also genuinely warm, welcoming and willing to assist at any time that made our stay even more enjoyable. Gladiolus hotel exceeded all our expectations and I would recommend this hotel to fellow tourists seeking place to stay in Jeddah.
