We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giovanni Suites, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The hospitality at Giovanni Suites is unparalleled. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Their genuine friendliness and readiness to assist added a personal touch to the entire experience. The facilities at Giovanni Suites are not only well-maintained but also reflect a commitment to providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in every aspect, from room cleanliness to common areas, was evident and greatly appreciated. What sets Giovanni Suites apart is the authenticity of its staff. Giovanni Suites is a very nice place to stay in Bhopal. The rooms and bathroom are both large and are kept very clean. The common area is also nice and well kept and the chef can prepare a variety of options for breakfast. While they dont serve dinner, they are able to help with ordering food in and provide plates and cutlery to enjoy it in a comfortable setting. The hotel is located quite far from the central areas of Bhopal, but the host is very helpful and able to organise various trips and travel (including to the Great Stupa and Bhimbetka Caves). Surya was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay giving us advice on what to see/do and kindly let us keep our bags at the hotel after checkout as we waited for a very delayed train!

Hospitality and property was very nice. Be it any time of the day or mid night, staff was just a call away. Very courteous and prompt with their service and response. The thing that surprised me the most was that when I tried to tip the staff, he happily denied to accept stating "mam' aapko hamari service achi lagi, yahi hamare liye bht khushi ki baat hai. Aap fir aayega". I haven't heard this ever. I still insisted and he didn't take it at all. I was spell bound with this gesture. All the best and wish you lots of succcess.
