Best Hotel in York? Probably!

Accommodation was excellent. Comfy bed, excellent shower, clean room, lovely breakfast, beautiful hotel, easy parking, great staff. Can't wait to go back. Thanks to all concerned.

Excellent, very friendly and helpful staff

Staff were very helpful with recommendations for activities and places to eat and very accommodating. Breakfast was superb and worth the price paid. The room was excellent and very clean. Free on street parking was helpful and it was only a 20 minute walk into York.

Great location. Its Lovely and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast. Plenty of parking on road near property.

Room isnt cozy its very, very small and its not really a garden view; though you can view the garden through the fire door at the foot of your bed. The room is very expensive for one night stay.

Warm welcome

What a beautiful accommodation. Recieved a warm welcome and instructions for checkin due to arriving early in the day. Very clean spacious room with a huge comfortable bed. Wide choice of breakfast ingredients cooked perfectly, breakfast charged separately. Would recommend and will be staying again.

Great value for money & super comfortable.

Alison welcomed us straight away and made us feel very welcome. She gave us all the information we needed to get about too. Breakfast service was superb the following morning. What a great job she does. We will definitely be returning. Walking distance from the city centre and only 5 in a taxi in the evening because the weather was bad.
