Good place for relaxing vacation

There are many various facilities in the resort where you can spend time in other than the pool and beach. (Like the Masai village and turtle nursery)

The food is okay, however you are a bit limited with choices

Everything! Really ;) Staff was very nice and accommodating. We went in an all inclusive package and it was great . The luxury villa is a must book. Food, room, vibe, beach and activities... Really loved it.

Water a d electricity shortage, wi-fi not working, always some issues. For New Year Eve at 10:30pm food and tablets , decorations all removed, made people uncomfortable, so many left to rooms before New Year and many more All inclusive - definitely not recommended

Not 5 star

The location and some of the staff were so warm and lovely.

Firstly this IS NOT 5* its an ok 3* (by international standards.) The transport we organised broke down twice and we were stranded on the side of the road for 30 mins. The management were very apologetic. We paid everything on arrival as per booking.com but on check out (and having been told the day before nothing to owe) we were told we had additional charges despite being told we were all inclusive and only had from the all inclusive menu. We werent allowed to leave until we paid this additional $170 and we were in danger of missing our flight so had to pay, the driver wouldnt even let us leave, we we felt very trapped and this has left a bad taste in our mouth. No manager came to see us about this issue despite being told he was one minute away (after 25 minutes of waiting). Some of the staff were really lovely and the location is beautiful, but isnt as advertised eg no lobster restaurant, or pier onto the sea. Both lunches were 45+ mins wait. On the first day there were no ingredients to make cocktails for a few hours. If you dont like insects or flies do not come here as they are all over the buffet restaurant (not like other places in Zanzibar). The towels in the rooms and pool were stained. The resort has huge potential.

A resort to unwind and relax

The resort is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Not only can you easily spend the day next to the pool or on the beach, but there are also more than enough activities to entertain you if boredom strikes. It is also easy and convenient to organise day trips with the excursion desk.

Everything was perfect the staff was outstanding filled with charming characters perfect hygiene ..the entertainment was quite lovely the view my eyes couldn't get enough if u was to rate it five stars ain't enough.i would highly recommend it for the perfect holiday .its very affordable for even exceptional offers are made that aren't included in ur budget the view of life in the seas .so no doubts but I would like to say thank you and keep it up with the good work
