BEST HOTEL IN SURABAYA!!

Everything was excellent. From the front door security till the housekeeping.. They are awesome. Gaby from reception and team Chef Hidayat,Nia,Arnold from restaurant and their team. Hori from housekeeping and his team.. These are just the few that are outstanding in their services..tbh,all of them there are great..too many to name
