Old and dirty facility. Breakfast room was closed and only frozen (heated-up) egg pie and coffee was offered as breakfast. Stuff unfriendly.

The breakfast and The little help we got to make it somewhat better

CHARGING FOR A DAMAGE FEE WHEN PLACE IS REALLY RAN DOWN AND..... The room was really awful for the price i paid and nothing in our room worked and the beds and blankets were disgusting, my kids said there was mold in the bathroom.....I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE!

Good layout

Lack of electrical outlets by the bed. Poor maintenance in common areas, especially with the restaurant.

the front desk receptionist was very nice.

dirty, broken, old furniture, Im pretty sure missing a cover? bugs in the bathroom. portapotty in the parking lot with a horrible smell. housekeeper started vacuuming room next to mine at 7:30AM.

Very short!!!!

I used to love staying here. But I guess when your a local you get the crap room with mold in the bathroom and you have to check out the same night you checked in because your allergic to it and start having reactions

There was mold in the bathroom and we had to check out the same night we checked in. There was no other rooms available. And they couldnt issue me a refund because I booked with you guys

Will be a great location once renovations are complete!

Convenient for a one-night stay on the road from Grand Canyon to San Fransico. The helpful staff gave good dinner recommendations. Big pool Will be a great location once renovations are complete!

The hotel is under renovation. The existing rooms are very dated. Nice pool but is not 100% clean and the few remaining loungers are in bad shape. Gym minimally equipped.

it was close to the highway and other things.

outdated for the price they charge. water damage marks on popcorn ceiling and still has wallpaper people used in the 90s and the tv in the room is from early 2000s
