When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice man named Eric . When I asked him a few questions about what we can or cant do, one of them were online I saw it was allowed that dogs were allowed in the pool, but confirming that that is true . He said yes that is fine the WHOLE hotel is pet friendly! Great. So I went on, not the first night but the second night we ended up allowing our 2 dogs in the pool. The security officer (who was very nice by the way) informed us that dogs were not allowed in the pool. So I of course went to the front desk to speak with a very rude lady who I explained that the front desk (Eric) said that dogs were allowed , and on booking.com it states that dogs are also allowed in the pool too. She seemed confused . I showed her and she said that it wasnt ran by us. Then who runs it? She couldnt awnser that question. I then proceed to the elevator to go back up to my room. As I was walking away the 3 people at the front were laughing like I didnt show them proof of where it says it. Its honestly the reason why we came here so our dogs could have a good time too. Guess not. Also the resort fees are a joke and barely include anything. That much for 2 bottles of water and a broken heater in the pool lol . Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Staff is not friendly and honestly this is a joke of a resort.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room had a wonderful balcony with 180 degree views of the city.
The New Years Eve dinner menu was very limited. Would have liked a salad option or vegetables. There was nothing healthy for 2 people to order. Most entrees were portioned for parties of 4. The 3 Ala Carte options were all described as spicy. No vegetarian option or GF option.

Fun stay.
Fun hotel, amazing decor. Spacious and very clean room. Staff beyond nice to help with your stay. House restaurant is super handy.
Rooms are not sound proof, this was a problem as I was waking up many time during nights.
