Disappointing

We should have known about that the hotel was being worked on.

The beds were nice food was good, bathroom is nice.

We should have been told the building was being redone and just opened. The water wasnt hot the toilet wasnt flushing correctly. Comfy beds but overall we should have known about it being worked on.

The room and staff was amazing.

They didnt have a pool in the hotel and the wifi was not working pluss they where under construction and didn't have good TV programing.

The ads where misleading getting in town had to hurry up and change to make a meeting couldn't do it

Lied bout valet parking when I got there I was told that it was two blocks away and they were not responsible if your car is broke into if I need it something out my car I had to wait until they went two blocks to get it wasn't what I saw when I booked and there's heavy construction

The Floridian Palace transferred our reservation to other hotel, Riverside Walk Hotel. Dirty, old, no breakfast, very noise(renovating). Not even soap had at the bathroom. I will give them a 0 on my review.

It was just meh

I liked the size of the room. Breakfast was nice.

I did not like the fact that the parking is off property and surrounded by a homeless village. The front desk stated there was overnight security that patrolled however, there wasn't. I was over charged and never given the credit for the overage. The bed was hard as a rock. Not like a firm good quality mattress but a 6" spring mattress. The rooms wasn't filthy but it wasn't fully clean. The curtains didn't close so light poured in when we were trying to sleep in. They are doing renovations and they look like they are going to take a LONG time so prepare for this. And you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the check-in desk, there's no ramp that I saw.

Vacation stay.

Hotel history and photos booked on this.. Breakfast was really good.

Major construction making stay uncomfortable. Lifts boarded up. Workers in upper floors till late. False fire alarm just on our floor. No one seemed to care.
