Friendly, comfortable, stylish and great location

The staff were super friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the fresh coffee and the drinks and snacks in the kitchenette. Location is great for getting to sights of Bordeaux and airport. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

A great stay!

The courtesy of the staff is excellent. They helped us find some vegetarian restaurants and gave some amazing tipps! The hotel is very eco-friendly. While also the postion is great in only 5 minutes by feet you are in the center.

The room is good and well equipped. However, some details of the maintenance of the room could improve. There were some stains on the pillows near the window (the bedding was very clean), the shower head was not well cleaned amd the.bathroom walls were scratched.

A very,pleasurable experience in a wonderful city

The hotel is situated in the city centre and there is a tram stop just across the road from the hotel. The rooms were good and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful especially with recommendations for good restaurants in the area.

We found the restaurant disappointing as the menu choses were quite limited. It did not detract from our stay as there are numerous good quality restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute tram ride of the hotel

Great location, with cozy and comfortable room.

The location is great: very close to the city center but in a quiet area, a few meters from the tram stop Meriadeck (direct line B to/from the airport). We had a king room: very nice and comfortable, with many details and equipment that made our stay really great. The check-in machine at the entrace is easy to use.

The only not so positive note was a 150EUR deposit which was requested during the check-in: the money was blocked on our card. It was a bit of a surprise, but luckily the money was released the same day of the check-out, so in the end there were no issues)

Excellent location, comfortable and modern, very friendly staff - highly recommended.

We paid slightly more than the basic room (Cocon) rate for the 22m2 (Cadette). The room was very comfortable and well-laid out, with a large bed and excellent TV. Kettle, coffee making facilities and free water were all provided. The shower (no bath) was spacious with plenty of hot water. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, spoke excellent English and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Our early morning flight meant that we arrived at the hotel at around 1100, well before the stated 1500 check-in time. Our room was available and so we were checked in right away, which was an unexpected bonus. If the room hadn't been ready, the hotel would have been very happy to look after our bags, which in fact they did when we checked out until we collected them for our evening flight. The hotel is very well situated right next to Tramline A, which conveniently gives direct access to and from the airport (much, much cheaper than a taxi) and easy access to the the rest of the quite excellent Bordeaux public transport system (get the TBM app). The Meriadeck shopping centre, which includes a huge Auchon hypermarket is just over the way.

As well as taking advantage of the excellent Bordeaux food scene, we enjoyed a couple of meals in the hotel's Le Bada restaurant. While the food was very tasty, the menu choices were limited, although a daily special was available.

Perfect transit over night very comfortable great location we dined at the restaurant which was very pleasant.

Great room super comfortable bed and pillows. Shower wonderful,very quiet. Will definitely stay here again .

Should I be in Bordeaux again, I will stay here

Great location, right at the edge of the center of Bordeaux, right on public transportation. Building does not look like it yet the hotel is really modern, looks to be sustainable, bathroom was spacious, bed was comfortable and very large, all in all a great experience.

Nothing comes to mind at a first review, but I suppose that it was a bit pricey. 10-20 less per night would have been an absolute 10.
