The staff was excellent. On check-in, we asked for recommendations for dinner. We got 3 in walking distance. The one we selected was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Checking process was pleasant, professional and very friendly. Location of the Best Western is just perfect, close to every sight you want to see, shopping and great restaurants.

Comfortable, well-appointed hotel in the perfect location.

The location of this hotel is perfect - centrally located near the Grand Theatre of Bordeaux. The breakfast was the perfect start to our day as was the courteous and helpful staff. Easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and historical sites. Well-appointed rooms that are clean, neat, and comfortable.

Personnel, prix, le petit djeuner,there was a misunderstanding on both sides, and they made me pay almost 100 euros extra without giving the receipt especially when they knew i was in a hurry.
