In general is ok but below my expectations

Bed is the only good thing. It is really good. Good connection to the city center and main railway station. Good communication with staff on WhatsApp.

Bathroom not the cleanest , room is too dark, neighborhood is not the best as well as facility. Small window. On picture way better. Someone entered our room to borrow the chair and didn't give it back. That person had a key, I hope it was an owner but still imagine yourself you need some privacy and random person enters your room. What if we weren't there? All our items or even documents can be easily taken.

Cheap opportunity to stay in Bologna but we would recommend to book something in the city instead.

- cheap stay for a night - caring host - self check in

- rooms are a little difficult to find - strange smell in the hallway of the house - rooms are noisy (other guests) - parking zone infront of the house has to be paid (no guarantee for a parking spot) - to open the front door you have to call a number - a little outside the city Center

Oke place to stay for a night of 2 in bologna, dont expect much help of the owner

Nice big room, pretty clean

The owner sounded a bit rude on whatsapp, also the reviews i saw earlier kinda gave me the same vibe, it looks like he doesnt like to help people

Really liked the communication and flexibility. Also daily turnover service. Very nice amenities and good location.

Wifi was very slow, and one day it did not access the internet for several hours.

Very good

Clean & tidy apartment, comfortable & tasteful furnishings. A short bus ride from most locations, so no problems getting around. Awesome pizza restaurant (Pantera Rosa) across the road. Short walk to Co-op supermarket.

It would have been nice to have a functioning fridge.

The host was very friendly and nice. They even helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport. The room was very beautiful and cosy and air conditioning worked perfectly.

Good price for the standard offered, but plenty of room for improvements

Room cleaned every day, air con working, luggage service, water, nice view, good look at on (walkable distance to the city centre), comfortable bed

TV not working, outside blinds in the room stopped working on the second day, weird smell after we arrived (somebody was probably smoking before), shower drain almost clogged, bathroom doors opening uncomfortably so that two people can't use the bathroom, duvet and pillow covers felt unfresh and artificial
