One of the worst options for Istanbul

The only positive is the location

Very old and bad hotel. In no case is it 4 stars hotel. Maximum 2 stars. We were 4 adults, we paid for 4 adults and they gave us a small room with two small folding beds. A small window with a view on the wall that when you opened the window smelled awful. We asked 3 times to change our room and each time they told us today we can't come tomorrow until we left. Very rude staff with no willingness to help. Dirty sheets and towels. Hair everywhere in the room. The breakfast is average which ends quickly. A very bad choice for Istanbul.

The location is nice and quiet. It is an 8-minute walk from Taksim Square. The area is quiet and the breakfast is good .... The room was narrow, and the TV was small, and it would have been better if it had been on the wall. Overall, the room was clean

Satisfactory as shown in pictures

Location was excellent and breakfast was fine. Room is clean and soundproof with daily housekeeping. Location was near to Taksim square and ground level is flat and no slop. No issue of money change and transport.

Recipenist manager "Hadayat" was not cooperative. Card room key daily stops working and require refresh which cause additional time to reach room. Luggage storage facility is only available if you are staying again for atleast a night on return.
