Everything is gorgeous . Wonderful breakfast and very clean everything.

Fist day when we went there my kids woke up a little bit early because of the time difference and jet lag . We had Two rooms and kids went to other room very quietly. Door made a little noise and I think its normal when you open the door. It was 06:20 AM in the morning. Not sure who would be interrupted that time. One of the front desk person was so rude with me because of that. He literally said ENOUGH then frowned at me and left. I dont think as a guest I can deserve this kind of attitude. I was not happy about that at all. This is the one of bad experience I had form there. I like respect and same way I like to give respect. Even though I seen him after that but it was nice to him and I showed him my respect.

Very good

A very pleasant stay overall. Clean, good food and close to most things you'd want to visit.

Clean cozy room, cleaned every day while you're at breakfast. Breakfast was beyond expectations: huge variety for any taste, great view of the sea. Staff was always very polite and friendly. Hotel is just minutes walking from the main attractions of the Old Town.

Great stay here with very welcoming people

Staff is great and the location is awesome if you want to see all the historical places. Tram station is quite near, couple of good restaurants as well near. The people at reception were very responsive and helpful. Omer guided and helped me get the next tickets on time. Mesut is having a great knowledge about history, these are plus for staying here. Would definitely come here again
