Good value

The room was very spacious along with 2 comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in both the sink and shower. The TV worked fine and the fridge kept our drinks cool. The car parked in front of the unit which is very convenient for loading & off loading. The location was a 3 minute car ride to the Fallsview Casino and other main attractions in the area.

Bathroom floors were ice cold to walk on and the room took a few hours to get it warmed up to temperature in the winter months. But once it was warmed up the heater kept the room nice & cozy. The motel should turn on the heat in the cold months and the AC in the summer time upon the arrival of a guest would be my recommendation going forward.

Staff appeared to be friendly. Price was good

Carpet needs a good shampoo and cleaning. Toilet was either sweating from the tank or leaking. Apparantly the staff knew of this issue. Lots of towels were used to conrain the water around the toilet bowl.

Very good

I'd definitely use their services second time, nice rooms, good rates, preferred for families.

Overall good experience with family (Incl Kid), it's somewhat distant from the Falls, however value for money if you have a car. Staff was very courteous, their restaurant is also nice for breakfast. Heating was really well.

Bathroom was missing exhaust fan, and a toilet seat was kinda small for a well heighted or heavy individuals.

It was a relaxing stay with plenty of room.

I like the size and layout of the room. The bathroom was very clean and large enough counter to place our toiletries.

I didn't like the towel schedule, I needed to wait until 11 am to ask for more towels. The beds a little firm and could use a mattress pad.

Cheap & Cheerful! Beds were cozy, large room, and very clean. It was excellent value. The restaurant attached offers 10% off to guests staying at the hotel. The staff there were awesome, and it was a fabulous breakfast!

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable I would have liked more pillows. I enjoyed the 10% discount off my breakfast bill the next morning. Great location for the money and for it being a Saturday night

The WIFI wasn't strong enough to operate the TV. We were late getting back to the room so I didn't worry too much about it. I also had issues with WIFI and the three phones in my room. If I was staying longer I would have raised the issue with management. We also had no coffee maker or microwave which never happens at least where I've travelled.
