Very good

Nice clean place with a surprisingly good breakfast.

The room was great, staff were nice and breakfast was fantastic.

The tv in our room didn't work. So disappointing since watching tv in bed is a treat for us, not something we do at home.

Hotel should get better with the staff, considering be in a tourist city.

The breakfast is very good with bacon, scrambled eggs and many variety of everything.

The staff was not friendly and did not accept the Booking's confirmation number. We should try to make the check-in by internet to get the Fairfield's confirmation number. Why do this hotel accept to make reservations by Booking??? What happened on the check-in with nine people of our group is unacceptable!!!!

Adequate, not great and too much money for what we got

When we checked in the manager asked us if we wanted a main floor or second floor room. We chose the main floor because we had a bike we wanted to bring in. This was convenient.

The hotel needs updating, the hallways are dark and dingy, the room was dark and dingy. There was mold in the bathroom where the shower had leaked and was not cleaned property or repaired properly. The bed was comfortable enough. For what we paid for this room it should have been a lot better!
