Wonderful experience

Stay was quite comfortable, breakfast buffet is very good, overall dining options are good. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Mr. Israfil Biswas was extremely helpful and provided great assistance for various things, right from dining to booking car rentals. His hospitality during our entire stay made it quite memorable. Housekeeping staff Prasenjit was very prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Reception staff Snigdho was very supportive in fulfilling our request for a south facing room. Overall great staff.

Good, pleasant stay.

Nicely located. Good, clean hotel.

Surprisingly they dont fill the minibar for the guests as it is not part of the room charges. We can use the mini fridge for our items.

Very good

A nice clean hotel at a reasonable price. The staff (Debalina, Biswas, Apurba) was very helpful and friendly. For the same rate we were suprisingly offered not only breakfast but dinner and lunch as well. At the lobby hotel guests can enjoy bean coffee and some buscuits.

The hotel is located quite far away from the city centre and historical places. Actually the rooms at the hotel require some renovation, the walls in the bathroom e.g. look a bit shabby.

1. We had booked a suite room and the same had been confirmed by the hotel. but once we entered the hotel , we were told that all suite rooms are booked due to some marriage . Can we adjust in interconnected deluxe rooms or a normal room at lesser charge. Though after an argument they had given suite room but it was not an expected experience. 2. There was no one to take the luggage to my room 3. The rooms were just an extension of a deluxe room . Was no where close to an expectation of a suite room . 4. A small lobby .

Very good

We had a day room at the hotel and it was very comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out and they could also help us with airport transfer in the evening.
