A pleasant place to stay in the Dubai suburbs.

Nice relaxed apartment share hostel. Plenty of space. 6th floor of mid-rise with views to Marina in distance. A large light, bright, living room as a proper apartment living area to meet and socialize, and not crammed with bunk beds like cheaper places. Filtered water supplied. Good kitchen. Estate pool downstairs is a good size and pleasant for a swim. Suburban feel with grass and bird song. 5 minutes walk to metro and small shopping center/supermarket. Kept very clean by manager. Everything is at a price, but for the price I got it was good value.

Suburban feel comes at a cost. It's 30 minutes by metro from the old center, and 2/3 stops from Marina. There's a Carrefour supermarket and small shopping center at the metro station, but not much else you can get to without taking the metro. It depends what area you want to be in.

Quiet place still very close to Dubai attractions...

The lady who attended me when I arrived is really nice, she waited for me at 1 am to do my check in, as I finished late from work and I couldn't come earlier than that... she made my bed and showed me the facilities even if it was late...thank you sooo much for that. The place is clean and the sharing room big enough to have space also for the luggages... The lounge area is big, with sofas, plenty of light and space to chill out... quiet place, I slept very well... Plus a bonus of free parking just under the building if you have a car. I will be back

Perhaps my worst experience of an overnight stay

Friendly n helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Proper kitchen facilities

Too much disturbance by co-roommates. Even at 12.20 the roommate was busy fiddling with her bag n going back and forth to the washroom several times within a span of 10-20 minutes. There are bunker beds so your sleep will depend on how much the people sleeping on top will move. In my case the other person was moving every 5 minutes thereby not allowing me to sleep at all.

I like the place near by Discovery gardens metro and Carrefour supermarket. Easy to travel.

The facility is very poor condition, no proper cleaness and one bed allotted to several person. Like if my bed is booked for 3 days and i went out for office work, they allot to someone else. When we back to accomodation we will never find out our bed.

Need to be organize in groupings bookings.

The place is quiet and in good place. Aisha is excellent in managing it. It's affordable.

The only thing is, it's not our time yet for check out but they wanted us to go earleir because the guy who is staying in our room wants to in now and sleep. It's not fair for us because we are not yet ready and we will do in a rush.

Hands down the best place to live for the price.

Cleanliness, crowd, vibe, location, price, and connectivity. It was an absolute joy to spend my time at the property. Ankit, the property owner was quite hospitable and helpful with every aspect of the stay and beyond. He even cooked a couple of meals for all of us, gave complementary yoga lessons, and showed us around Dubai. If you are looking to find like minded crowd this is the place to be.
