Exceptional

Relaxation, views and great food topped off with excellent staff made it a perfect getaway.

Location was excellent, staff and facilities were perfect. Staff went out of their way to help and make our stay extra special.

Superb

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Lovely room. The jetty was spectacular. A corner of Nungwi away from the crowds.

Sometimes staff were unable to assist either because they didnt know how or perhaps were afraid of breaking rules? I'm not sure of the reason but this was the only negative in an otherwise amazing stay.

It is a great resort, and the staff made our stay soooo enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

The staff were professional, nice, fun, and polite!! The view was beautiful and the food was delicious!

The bathroom smelled weird. Some issues with our room door, and key card, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

nice setting, unfortunately you cannot swim in the sea but the hotel provides free bus rides

The setting the restaurant by the ocean The bus to go to the beach was very practical

The Swahili buffet wasnt very good, all other meals were very good this was the only one that didnt cut it

An amazing place which definitely deserves the 5 stars

It is a great place with a very welcoming and kind staff, an amazing huge pool, and great food/entertainment. The place is well organized/cleaned, everything is really spotless.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, very clean rooms -heads off for the cleaning ladies that have been super efficien

Lively location, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and good food

Would have appreciated an option to get all inclusive including drinks instead of constantly signing invoices

Fabulous hotel Wonderful location Very big rooms with amazing bathrooms Helpful staff Good breakfasts Lovely pool and beach area Cooking classes were great.

As a vegetarian the food options were very limited. The pool was a bit rundown

Disappointing

The hotel view of the ocean was spectacular. The rooms were nice enough

The staff were not very accommodating, and it felt very transactional. The hotel is not baby friendly. My friend's bottles for the baby got stolen on the premise by the staff and there was little effort to correct the wrong by the management.
