Location, personel, lobby archtichtecture inside.

In room 271 that I had, there were not enough, or not strong enough, lamps. In the evening with all the lights on it remained very dark in the room. I understand for decorative purpose one likes to have mild lighting in the room. Although there should be the possibility as well to create sufficent light, at least to find something, in your suitcase or in the room. It was too dark for that.

An enjoyable stay but rooms could be improved.

The hotel is cute in general and I loved the Drexel. It was nice to be greeted with a glass of Prosecco on Xmas eve.

The rooms are way smaller than they look and dark. I couldnt see what I was doing most of the time and when I complained the girl on reception was a little dismissive and said it was a common complaint and there was nothing that could be done. The phone in the room didnt work and neither did the room service/ mini bar QR codes. The hotel was way bigger than I was expecting too, it looked smaller and more cosy online.

Delightful and relaxing.

Great location, super nice staff, lovely facilities, great relaxing vibe overall

Housekeeping forgot to come one day. Lighting in room wasnt great - needed to use the light on our phone to see in the closet/drawers. Had to be on tippy-toes to use coffee machine and couldnt reach in room safe. Basic room very small but comfortable - would pay more next time for larger room when there are two of us

Gorgeous spaces, nice people, check for taxi rates.

Gorgeous spaces, easy beach access.

We asked for a cab to take us to the cruise port. We were put in what turned out to be a private vehicle and were charged $75 for the fare. Granted we should have asked before we drove away, but it happened so quickly we didn't think to check for an official transit tag. We felt scammed and really put a dark cloud on the stay unfortunately.

Lovely hotel in a great location with attentive staff - perfect for a couple!

Fantastic hotel, beautifully styled and the staff were wonderful.

Size of the rooms were a little misleading. We were traveling with our son (hubby and son are both 6) and the room was tight. Better to keep it only 2 to a room with a single larger bed.

I would steer clear from this hotel if you expect a decent room.

The location was good and central, Espanola Way is cute and the design of the overall property is cute.

When booking a four star hotel for over 200 dollars a night, you dont expect to be put into a tiny and dark shoebox with barely enough room to walk or put your two bags down. I understand what youre mostly paying for is the amenities and location, but it was storming all weekend so that was no consolation. When we complained about the room and asked to move (in addition, the air conditioning was banging so loud we couldnt sleep, walls are paper thin, and the shower flooded the bathroom twice even after being fixed), they couldnt upgrade us for free and put us in another equal sized room which was at least slightly brighter. But as soon as we get in the room after a bunch of stress and back and forth with the front desk, the toilet doesnt flush so the maintenance guy comes in and we hear water flood the bathroom once more, this time from the toilet which was so absurd we had to laugh. We once again called the front desk and they were finally forced to upgrade us. The room was definitely a bit more spacious, quieter and had a working bathroom, but I still wouldnt consider this a four star hotel room.
