Great spot to stop for a couple of days to relax inbetween long drives.

Nice and quiet location with friendly and helpful staff. They had just finished some renovations on the room and the new TV that had been installed wasn't working properly. I notified reception and within 10-15 minutes I had a replacement TV installed for my stay. Very impressed.

Enjoyable pleasant staff

Very clean, We had one of the new looking room. Quiet and comfortable. Glad to see a shower with a shelf for your toiletries and good water pressure, enough towels. Handy crockery and extra bedding , plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Good air conditioning Friendly maid/staff. Clean bedding Free toiletries No noise from the road 5minutes to the shopping centre

The room was fairly new, but could do with a curtain for the edges of the blind. The freezer compartment of the fridge could have done with a wipe out. Maybe a little pruing of the garden beds is needed. The bathroom door banged on the toilet when opening.

Our interaction with the staff was great and the accommodation was comfortable for the price.

The room was very spacious and had all of the basic amenities that were expected. The daily cleaning by Tanya was without fault and Maria on Reception was extremely helpful.

The room needs a refresh. A bathroom update would be good - a shower installation that doesn't require stepping into the spa bath (which needs to be updated or removed) and a new sink and taps that don't leak when turned on. Lack of storage, wardrobe space and drawers, for longer stays. The doors into the rooms are hard to close and are very noisy when closing. The laundry facility needs to be cleaned.

Super comfy beds, awesome shower with great water pressure. Convenient Motel to get to. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the room had a smart TV which was great. Would stay again.

A pleasant reception centre/motel that can be a good business on the right hands.

Sometimes a quiet place, and housekeeping were approachable and obliging. Buses close by, and room was almost spotlessly clean except for behind thd fridge, staff should take a look, don't leave it to your customers to find filth.

Deliberate damage to bath and sky light means I had to change room after checking in. Owner sent email via booking.com on day two asking me to pay again, or threatening to kick me out. An email to booking.com was not replied to regarding the scam. Curtains not wide enough creating privacy violation which was highly abusive by owner .
