Great stay in Grindelwald!

Location, friendly staff, complimentary coffee & cake as well as minibar. We travelled with a little baby and they set up a cute crib and even let us borrow a yoga ball from the gym to brjng to our room to help the baby bounce to sleep. Very nice of them! And also they upgraded us to a better room.

the temprature of the water was not stable when having shower,probably many hotel guests had shower at the same time.didnt give so much attention as we enjoyed our stay:)

Amazing location and hotel with super friendly staff

Everything. Room (big), facilities (clean and plentiful), staff (friendly and helpful), location (6 mins from the Grindelwald station) Breakfast was amazing The hotel restaurant has a 10% discount for guests They also provide a guest pass for you to use the buses and facilities (like swimming pool) at the sports center (4 mins walk) for free.

Convenient location, walkable from Grindelwald Station. Hotel provides luggage transfer from Grindelwald Station to the hotel.

Glass door to the toilet, which I keep knocking to it. And the mirror right outside the toilet door reflected toilet light to the bed (we normally kept toilet door light on at night) Provide free top up for mini bar, however, mostly are alcoholic drink, not able to swap to juices / soft drinks.

The facilities and the staff superb They even give my baby a toys and a book

If u bring so much luggage it will be quite difficult especially the parking area is quite far from the reception area. And the lift very small. But overall the facilities and everything were good.

Extremely relaxing

I loved the incredible view. The room was cozy. It looks exactly like the pictures ! The staff was super friendly and they where extremely helpful! They made us feel very welcomed and even helped us with restaurants and places to visit

I didnt like that my room smelled like someone used the bathroom before we went in . My husband ended up airing the room out but that was the only hiccup.
