View is amazing with spacious balcony. Price is ok if you are looking for room with kitchen.

Too many rules to follow after check in. No room service unless you pay a considerable amount for room cleaning and changing bed linen. (Very business and commercial). If you stay here for long, you may find it headache. Bedroom is clean but sofa is not. I only use the dining chairs. Some lights are out of order (obviously not totally ready for check in but it doesnt really a big big matter) A bit far from grindelwald bahnof. Before a free bus taking you there , you have to walk 5 mins uphill to get to the bus stop. A bit steep when you have big luggage. The stove is too slow to heat. It took a long time to cook ever time.

Disappointing stay. Would not recommend

Beautiful views from balcony

There were many small details which made our stay less than enjoyable. I would not recommend this place if you want to stay in Grindelwald. - Terrible smell which would not go away in the five nights we stayed there - uncomfortable bed and only provided two small flat pillows to sleep on - bathroom was not very clean - only provided thin, stained bath towels to use for our entire five night stay - lighting is very dim - couch and pillows were visibly dirty and stained In addition, the location is not ideal unless you have a car. It is quite far out of town and you can get similar views in a place much closer to the convenience of town. The bus does not come very often so you will be left having to walk uphill into town if you want to go in for dinner.

The location and view was great!

The process of getting the keys was terrible. Make sure you get there before they close to pick up the keys at the reception desk. Google maps leads you down the wrong street. We didn't get in there until about 1 in the morning. They have a different location to pickup your keys. The worst part is the directions are basically a treasure hunt of pictures. Which by the way are out of order and most don't contain descriptions.

Good location with great view! Such a homey stay.

The view is good! You got all utensils you need. It is very close to the Terminal, its good to walk down and take the Eiger Express.

The shower is a little bit dirty (my standard), it was acceptable for my partner but not me.

Scenic, cozy and memorable stay!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Grindelwald and the view was worth every penny. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area to relax in after a day out and waking up to the gorgeous Mountain View. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Good view of the house, clean properties, safe.

i liked the view of the whole side of the house. it was spectacular.!! really liked it.

I must collect the key only from the check in center which was located in main street of downtown. And bus wasn't come very often from downtown to the accommodation which means i need to walk and take the full packed luggage with me till reaching the house......otherwise i need to wait a bus about an hr. Also they collect the deposit fee CHF 300 in advance and if none of the accommodation damaged, they return the deposit after all. Normally the other accommodation only hold the credit card and not paying in advance, but they really made to pay CHF300 in advance and cancel later on. This cause so much time to get cancelled the amount from my credit card... i still didn't get a msg that this payment been cancelled......
