Edens is a nice resort. We actually extended our stay. The staffs were welcoming and helpful. We don't remember everyone's names but we would like to thank Mr Anson and the others.

Good stay in a lovely place with good food but little sour aftertaste with the arrangement of the airport transfer and s

Very tranquil vibe with lots of plants; gives the feeling that youre staying in a forest. Room was very neat. Staff came to the rescue to install a insect net in front of the window later at night. Dinner and breakfast were good.

We cannot recommend booking tours or doing an airport transfer through this resort since they are charging significantly higher prices than online. We also felt that they were making fools of us; after discussing the price; not a great feeling.

Check the bedding!

Dinner good. Breakfast ok.

At first I was happy with my room. Until I went to bed . . . As soon as my head hit the pillow I smelt a vile smell. When I checked I saw the pillows (all 3 on the bed) were just covered in mould. It was absolutely disgusting. So at 9pm I had to dress and go find a clean pillow. In the morning I checked the duvet and it was covered in unidentifiable stains. Possibly more gross than the pillows. I checked reviews and saw that in both September and October others had the same complaints with management saying they would make sure it wouldnt happen again. Also woken on the third night with a cockroach on my head! I live in the subtropics so I know they get in but it was kind of disgusting. Also a lot of mould on the walls.

Nice enough room, shame about check in.

Apart from the mouldy basin unit, my room was very nice. The balcony was divine, the bed comfortable and decor was ok. Dinner was nice.

Due to availability, I had to book a better room for the first night (out of 3 nights). When checking in they put me in the cheaper room and said I could have the better room on night 3. As I had checked availability, I knew the place was fully booked so I doubted what they said. After 5 minutes in the room they came in and said I could have the other room. I had shown them the pic of what Id booked on the app. So with all this taking so long and being tired from my journey I had to move rooms. Effectively check in took about 45 minutes when all I wanted was to have a shower and something to eat.

Good place

We went as a group of 11 people and booked 6 rooms. Overall, this is a good place with scenic views. 5 of the 6 rooms we had were excellent. The hotel is also in a good location nearby to wonder valley and other PoIs.

While we enjoyed the 5 rooms, we had some issues with the mudhouse as it had some insects. After some wrangling and arguing, we sorted out the issue. I hope the management solves the issue in mudhouse.
