We arrived to cigarettes left in an ashtray and a full dishwasher that needed to be emptied. Their personal items were everywhere. The aircon stopped working on a couple of occasions. The upstairs toilet didnt flush on one occasion. They fixed it in the end but there was a awful smell in the bathroom. The owner of the property walked in unannounced into the bedroom whilst we were sleeping, wanting their passports. The gardeners turned up unannounced at 8am making a hell of a noise. The pool wasnt available as the gardeners informed us they had put chlorine in the pool. There was no gym except a running machine which was a hazard as it kept jolting. The insinkerator stopped working and the lady advised that the last owners didnt look after the property well. No duvets just thin sheets. We had advised the owner months before our trip that we would be arriving one day earlier and if it was ok to stay a day earlier (of course we would have paid the difference) and he confirmed that was fine. On the day of our flight from Australia he advised it wasnt available which wasnt ideal. There are no taxis at all!!! He recommended someone to us but they didnt answer their phone. The spa wasnt working. There were no chalk for the pool table cues. Cabinets were broken downstairs in the games room. I noticed 3 cameras. 2 inside which I wasnt happy about and one outside by the pool. You also had to take your trash on a 2 minute drive to the bin. I was disappointed. Ive stayed in cheaper property and it was ten times better than this.

This is an outstanding villa about 17 km north of Palma. Perfectly nested in the mountains of Portol with absolute stunning views over the mountains, Palma area and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is very well equipped with all kitchen amenities you can think of (e.g. gas oven, Weber grill, Induction, Microwave, two baking ovens, two dishwashers, great cooking tools, plenty of dishes and serving dishes...and much more). It fits perfectly for 10 people with five bedrooms and a bath. The master bedroom is really stunning. The pool is well maintained, and there is a billard table to be enjoyed in the basement. Furthermore, you find great music and movie equipment that works very well.
