clean, comfortable, affordable

I stayed in a lower-level room with king-size bed and kitchenette. Everything was very clean, comfortable bedding, no overwhelming air-freshener odor, and everything worked! Location allows easy walk to absolutely everything.

You need to be able to do stairs.

Poor

Lack of control over heating of the room just influenced the whole experience poorly.

We had no control over the heating of the room. Had to twice request that the heat be turned up. We should have been informed about this lack of control prior to paying for the room.

Horrible experience, checked out early despite the fact we were still charged for the room.

Reception area very messy, garbage can on exterior were overflowing onto the ground. Roon had terrible moldy smell with windows that could not open. Very uncomfortable bed that were not queen size. Booked room with two queens.

Rockport stay

Location great, a block away from the center of town. Cute patio/sitting area with wine glasses, coffee makings and mugs.

Didnt know about the sitting area with coffee. No coffee in room. Just a couple of plastic cups available. (As an environmentalist, rankles me that disposable dishes are always employed.)

Pleasant

No breakfast included, but easy walking to buy breakfast. Nice sunny afternoons on the balcony.

Windows were hard to open (it was unseasonably warm). Bathroom space was very limiting. Late season, so some conveniences were not available (no AC, or ice).
