Cozy historic hotel in classic coastal town.

Cute, nicely renovated duplex apartment in an old home on Broadway. The hotel is an easy walk to downtown. Breakfast was really good too.

Finding the hotel manager, as there is no designated front desk.

Loved the concept of picking up your prepared breakfast. Location was great, we could walk to everything!

Overall, Id say I had a very nice stay and would consider staying again!

I really like the central location and walk to town! The breakfast was very good and deciding the breakfast options ahead was a great idea. I especially liked the small hot pot for water/tea. I think Ill order one for home use.

The tv was difficult to figure out. As it was I didnt watch it but it would have been nice to see a show.

Very convenient location with an easy walk to sites. Excellent breakfast. Made to order and served in a bag that could be eaten in the dining area or brought back to your room. The last morning we had to leave early, so we were able to take it with us.

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed.

Great location within walking distance to the center of Rockport and easy drive to parks and restaurants in Gloucester.

Breakfast is not the usual full hot breakfast we have experienced in inns. It is more "European style" with fruit, yogurt, pasties, meat, cheese and coffee that you pick up in the kitchen each morning. 2 of the rooms have king beds and lots of space but require walking up & down full staircases which might be a problem if you have joint problems or disability.
