Everything, hostel smells awful all the time no greeting or welcoming when arrival the bed had bedbugs and insects you will never sleep because the insects will eat you alive, all the lockers are weak even if you locked it can be open easily, kitchen is filthy the balcony chairs were very bad almost broken and the bathroom toilet was broken also

Just for sleep it's okay but nothing more!

The area is nice. They have a cute balcony. The bunk bed was quite comfortable

There is only one smelly bathroom for the whole dorm rooms. The bathtub is dirty and there is mold. The room is also bit smelly. There was a cockroach in the room which I killed. The kitchen is dirty too. The fridge doesn't look nice either. I was lucky that I just stayed for two nights and only had to sleep there. For a longer stay it's very bad.

I like the location, it's in the center of JBR. Close to food places, the beach, and the tram. Anniesa was so accommodating, approachable, and nice. 100/10 for her! The shisha was hella nice thing to do every night as well. It's free to cook your own food as well.

Hmmm I don't usually write bad reviews, but I don't like the guy in charge when Anniesa's off. He's rude, unapproachable, and dismissive. I don't care who he is but he should not be in the hospitality industry if he continues to be like that. He should learn more from Anniesa for sure.
