The location.

The bed was in worst conditions,so noisy . Need a good renovation ,the pillow is worst Not enough electrical plug to recharge the phones,we have to wait our turns The toilet very dirty Water down everywhere when we took shower,dnt have any towels down as everywhere in the bathrooms . It's not value for money.

Amazing experience . Helpful owner Muhammed and host Vicky .

Location . Access to main metro near Sobha Realty a straight red line to travel around DUbai with ease and also access to green lines places . So close to DUbai mall / Burj Khalifa and Expo2020 and other routes . I love the FREE sauna, jacuzzi, stunning pool with overlooking view of the Marina and gym . Open for laundry also though it requires little fee. Good value for money. Amazing way to meet other professionals from different countries who attended the Cop28 and own leisure . I walked 5km in DUbai Marina which is healthy way to exercise .

Disadvantage : since its a share and mix of people just be prepared to deal calmly for whatever comes up .

I was happy to see in my room very interesting people from all over the world! Administrator was very cute and on my every question she tried to help me! The room was clean, and its really nice to see that also is included pool and gym from this tower!

Great location but spoilt by disruptive and grumpy people

Viktoria was my host and she is a very diligent and hard working lady. The premises is run like an airbnb. The apartment is on 2 levels with the upstairs being the dorms and downstairs mainly shared kitchen/ sofas and tv. The block has a beautiful reception area where you can meet guests and is literally 2 minutes walk from the Marina. Not only is this convenient but it is an extremely expensive and sought after area in Dubai.

Unfortunately the main reason for staying there which is to get some rest overnight was almost impossible to achieve. There was an extremely disruptive person sharing the room and due mainly to her lack of consideration for 2 nights it was almost impossible to get any sleep. In addition, the lifeguard at the pool who also controlled the security checks for the pool area was extremely grumpy - it is only possible to access the pool, jacuzzi and sauna with an access card- On the first occasion the guard opened the door for me, but subsequently I had to borrow Viktorias otherwise I would not have been let in. Also on one of the days the jacuzzi was undergoing maintenance so there was no access anyway. Guests should also be aware that on arrival a 100 AED cash deposit is required for your locker key. And finally there is only one fridge freezer..with all of the rooms occupied there was hardly any room to put your groceries.

Worst experience

Polite host View at the pool look amazing from 8:00 am-till 18:00.

Bunk bed (noisy ) -all night ,also Damaged/bed frame second floor! -it is not safe at all. Very disappointing The idea :Charging the deposit for locker CASH ONLY seems totally wrong !Instead booking should charge and hold any mount deposit in the same day of reservation -easy and secure.

Very good

This hostel has a very classy location. It's 2 min from the metro and alongside the beautiful Marina Walk. The building is exceptional. It has the best swimming pool I have seen so far in the region with views of the marina directly. The staff is good too as I wanted to reduce my booking days and they did that easily and refunded the excess amount.

The hostel is actually a duplex apartment turned into a hostel. It was good and nice but it only missed small details like individual sockets at the bedside. There is something with the vibe as the place was not very social, so it's great, only if you are not into socialising.
