The on-site dining is great and the hotel is praised for its cleanliness and luxurious rooms. The only minor drawbacks are the limited gym equipment and lack of shade at the pool. However, overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its exceptional service and beautiful accommodations.

I rented one room and I got an apartment for 4

the hotel suites are located very conveniently for me and the suite itself was very large: two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, ironing room and more. For one person, staying just one night, I couldnt fully use the space but maybe next time I will. The view over the marina (as seen in my photo) is taken from floor 26, where I was located.

the ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom could have been bigger. The windows needed cleaning outside.

The staff at the reception asked me to deposit AED 500 as the security when I checked in though I prepaid for the stay several days before. I deposited 500 AED with my credit card. The staff told me when I checked out that the deposit will be cancelled soon. Now 10 days passed since I checked out, but they did not cancelled it yet.

Lovely hotel and location for perfect family holiday

Perfect location in marina. Good choice of food at breakfast with no queuing and hot food cooked fresh for you. Staff couldnt do enough for you. We were there for family birthday celebration and they upgraded us to a penthouse suite on arrival and decorated room, made a cake and also left bottles of beer for us. Outstanding customer service

Very good

This was a repeat visit. Kudos to Jamila and Janet from the front desk. Big thanks to them for their exceptional hospitality, and they really made the stay very comfortable. I am looking forward to staying at the hotel again in the near future.
