The Hyatt Place Pittsburgh North Shore's location, convenient parking, and reasonable pricing were praised by a family who stayed there before a Pirates game. The front desk staff were friendly and h (Read More)elpful, and the room was spacious. However, the cleanliness of the room was a major issue, with damp and stained carpets, as well as brown stuff on the curtains and bodily fluids on the sofa pillows. The reviewer may consider staying elsewhere in the future.

Location was great. Restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was good. Room was comfortable.
I couldnt get TV to work but wasnt a big deal since we got back to the room late.

Rooms were dirty and not sure I will stay at Hyatt again
The breakfast, the location, and the fact it is pet friendly.
The rooms were dirty. The first room we got it had dirty towels, and bedsheets. The second room the shower had hair in it. Very honestly for a Hyatt I was very disappointed. Not sure if it is overall Hyatt or this particular location but it was not clean at all. It felt like I was at a low budget motel.

The late evening options for snacks only consisted of some candy, brownies and chips when the description I scanned from the qr code in the room stated salads and sandwiches would be available.

Staff was amazing, especially Dave! Stayed there for a Steelers game and had a blast! Clean, comfortable ans spacious room. Except amenities.
Only minor complaint was low water pressure
