Lovely couple of nights in Paris

The property was modern, clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfy and with curtains closed the room was very dark and quiet which made for a great night sleep. We loved that we could chrome cast our shows to the tv. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety of fresh food. The staff were extremely helpful.

There wasnt anything about the property we didnt like. It was a little out of the way but in better weather that wouldnt have been an issue.

Nice room, confy beds and coffee/tea on out room. Excellent shower.

The temperature in the hotel and in our room was excessive and could not be lowered eventhough the airo promised to cool to 18C. Also windows could not be opened. Because of this we could not sleep very well.

Our new favorite boutique hotel in Paris

Full of Arts & drawings, modern, spacious, good food, yum breakfast and friendly atmosphere! Perfect for families too! All the staff are so cool, fun and smiling! But Alexandra at the reception is the star outstanding, she made our stay top! Gracias Lovely indoor pool & a little spa. Very well equipped, also we enjoyed the nice gym! The art gallery room is just amazing! We enjoyed staying indoor and around the hotel. Our room was nice, with a table, cofee, tea. The shower was top. Nice mall at the corner, many shops/restaurants and a metro in front to reach the center / touristic attractions. P.S: The hotel on site looks way much better than the photos!

The window wasn't closing in our room/defect. But the staff found a way to close it & offered to upgrade our room.

4 night trip to Paris over festive period - Couple in Mid 30's

Nice quiet neighbourhood but close enough to metro to easily get around Paris (2 min walk to gaite and 10 min walk to Montparnasse).

Breakfast including offering and staff....1st morning (4 night stay), asked if they had any gluten free bread and was told yes, but it will be 10 minutes (no problem as likely frozen and getting defrosted - 100% appreciate that they cannot have fresh GF bread everyday)....30 minutes later no sign of bread...eventually just ate my cheese by itself and left, that day went to carrefour city and bought my own bread. Also 1st morning asked for decaf coffee as my wife couldn't drink caffeine, told by one of the waiters no. 3rd morning we asked to speak to a manager before Breakfast as was surprised that they didn't offer a decaf coffee for a "4 star hotel". Manager then said oh yes we do have it. 3rd morning got decaf coffee. Last morning (4th) asked for a decaf coffee and pointed to the machine behind the counter, separate to the general use one and they said no we don't do decaf...gave up at that point. Appreciate english isn't widely spoken but found the staff just rude and unhelpful. Would sack they all if I was in charge... Overall Breakfast very disorganised. When you 1st walk in, look for a free table. Of the few empty tables many not set with cutlery so either sit there waiting for them to come over or just go get it yourself... Breakfast definitely not worth it for what you pay. We would give Breakfast 2/10 (staff 0/10 and food 4/10)... Room: floor 6, room temperature extremely hot. When we checked in we were literally sweating in our room. Window didn't open and aircon not good, hardly even feel it coming out the vent. Went down to reception and guy said yes, window doesn't open as handles being replaced. Have to use a knife to open it...okay.......he showed us how to do it, then from day 2 we could at least have cold air coming in as it is not comfortable sleeping in 25+ degs.

In the middle of winter, suffering from heat is not something to be happy about.

Location and satisfactory service.

Extremely hot room. Heating doesn't work properly. Even at the lowest setting it was possible to sweat and to make matters worse the window wouldn't open.

Superb

Great hotel with super restaurant

The breakfast and the dinner was great, the location is good and the room is cozy, quiet and super clean.

They limit the spa to 10 people at a time but I think even this is too much. The sauna has a capacity of only 2 or maximum 4 people and with 10 people waiting for it it was a bit hard to get a spot.
