Very good

Mostly a wonderful Experience

The place is exceptionally clean and the reception staff are almost all top notch. The bed was super comfy with unusually good quality linens. The room really is a suite with a kitchen. No plastic cups, only real glasses. I would have loved to stay longer. Parking area felt super safe. Restaurants and stores galore nearby.

The night guy never informed the day staff about my wake-up call, so I did not receive it. I wouldnt have needed it, but had left my phone in the car. Shower pressure was not great, with small shower head. I was very surprised about that. Also expensive, but I suppose the superior and very new facility was the reason.

Horrible Hotel Staff. Rude plus stupid

The omlette and that's it

Complete incompetence and unprofessionalism w/ their amateur staff. After leaving here for the last time following a 4th stay, no more. I will no longer be a customer of Doubletree. This particular location was the worst. How does a hotel check someone into a room with no operating heat in the winter? It was broken to begin with, not functioning with a motor broken after I called a maintenance worker up to look at the thermostat that was down. He couldn't fix it. When asked to move to another room I rejected it being that my luggage was all unpacked, it was late and me being in pajamas ready for bed following a 6 hr drive to this area. When I requested a discount on the room, I was told upon leaving that it would be 40% off. I then get a cell phone call in my car after leaving saying that the 40% discount is denied because I did not change rooms. Amazing huh? The desk associate was incredibly rude when I challenged him. Wasn't even a manager. A manager was not present which is the new thing EVERYWHERE from hotels to restaurants, but I believe they lie with a manager in a back office not wanting to be bothered. They are also dumb in this hotel. I couldn't even pass thru their hallway as a housekeeping cart and vacuum blocked the common areas. Just pure stupidity. It is a Post Covid era and they will use Covid as an excuse for sub par service until the end of time. Just how it is. This place is not alone. Get use to horror stories and God awful service everywhere. The older generation will attest to this observation. Even checking out, nobody is at the desk. You stand there like a wallflower. Unless you value poor service and don't mind, this hotel is for you. Oh, it is also Kiddieland. You will hear kids running in the corridors on and off all the time here like Romper Room. Four stays I did here, and all four times this was the case. My final stay at Doubletree is history. Good luck people. Maybe you will get a taste of what I experienced.

Only the location

Almost everything to he heat did not work in my room, my TV remote did not work, the lights flickered often the curtains was filthy the hotel was overall dated. It needs to be renovated and all the rooms ould be cleaned. There was missing pillows on one of the chairs it was very unpleasant

Nothing to say. Not permitted to check in

No where on booking. Com Does it say mist be 21 to Check in. My 19 year old daughter was working and not permitted to check in And forced to find other accommodations at 9p. Management was nasty when I spoke with them on phone about making an exception

Pleasant

I had an excellent time at the Double Tree Suites with my family.

I enjoyed the delicious warm cookies upon arrival. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend these suites to everyone however they need to step their cleaning the rooms just a little better.

The rooms were not properly cleaned.
